PROJECT 8 : PERFORMANCE NIGHT

For this project, we all need to make a performance according our own major such as dancing,singing, acting and so on. The theme for this performance and award night is "THE LOST KINGDOMS" that were chosen by our studiomaster and commitee members. Each major have to represent the specific  "LOST KINGDOMS" as follow:

Quantity Surveying - Majapahit

Building Surveying - Pagaruyung

Building Technology - Mataram

Construction Management - Demak

Interior Design - Singhasari

Planning - Langkasuka

Architecture - Srivijaya

PROJECT 7 : EXHIBITION DAY

EXHIBITION DAY

For this project , we need to set-up booth according to our own courses which is Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying,Interior design,Construction Management,Building Technology and also Planning. We need to display our best project from project 1 to project 6. We need to follow the theme . The theme is floating lines.

So this is our booth with my QS Family.

PROJECT 6 : USM AMPHITHEATER STAGE

PROJECT 6

For project 6 we need to do in group of 16 members from 7 discipline that is form architect, quantity surveying, building surveying , construction manager , building technology , urban planning and interior design.

This is our logo n its name is "Heptax".

This is the drawing of the design concept

This is the key plan , location plan and site plan of our amphitheater stage and its orentation . we olso need to do site visit to investigate about the wind and sun direction, wheather, topography and surrounding enviroment.

This is the final outcome of our design. This is the blueprint  and perspective drawing of the amphitheater.

We are using the following material for making the actual amphitheather stage:-

Roof/Side wall

-metal clad for outside finishing

-timber for glulam

-timber board for inside finishing

Backwall

-Galss for rose window/stained glass

-Lead for fram

Backsupport (the 'X' frame)

-timber

Finally this is the result from the our hardworking for 2 weeks and i'm proud of it because we make it together. From these project i learned many things such as working in group and other else.

I like our stage in the dark place. haha.

PROJECT 5 : SENSE OF PLACE (NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMUNITY)

For project 5, we need to study about one housing area located in penang and need to do some research. We need to came out with the plan of the housing area.

There are 6 neighbourhood areas that we can choose.

1. Bayan Residences, Relau , Penang

2.Sunway Mutiara , Batu Maung , Penang

3. Sunway Bukit Gambier , Penang

4. Siara 81 , Sg Ara , Penang

5. Sunway Merica , Sg Ara , Penang

6. Setia Greens , Sg Ara , Penang

I choose Sunway Mutiara , Batu Maung , Penang. So, this is the plan of the place.

PROJECT 5B

For project 5b we need to suggest an improvement that i wish to be added for this area.

I got 8 suggestion that which is drain cover, post guard, fire hydrant, fence and lamp pole.

This is my sculpture. The boxes represented human. The size and different shape represented different human races and age. It lays to each another mean the cooperation between many different races in Malaysia that can lived together.

This is second project that have done . It is NATURAL STRUCTURE. I got idea when i walked around the lake. I think there is many type of nature that have such as lake, tree, grass and soil. It is so harmony and i think this place is a beautiful place.So i decided to draw natural structure of this place. 

PROJECT 2B : MAN-MADE STRUCTURE

This is man-made structure that i draw. I lived in Desasiswa Tekun so i decided to draw the pathway from the block to the cafeteria. I took the picture when im going to the cafeteria to having my lunch.
